Lighting Project Manager
CYBOT
• Receive and review project information handed off by a member of our sales team • Confirm job hand off is complete and discuss discrepancies with salesperson • Provide lighting submittal in timely manner for customer approval • Review returned submittal, confirm required information for release is provided and approved • Enter purchase orders accurately into Job Management system for release to vendors • Pro-actively manage the project and ensure our customers our provided continuous updates • Work with customers and agents to develop solutions for job issues as they arise • Perform job closeout at project completion per established policy and procedures • Perform other related job duties as required or directed by manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training
- Experience with Eclipse/Solar and Job Management preferred
- 3+ Years of prior Commercial Lighting Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent Customer Service, problem solving and communication skills-both verbal and written
- Ability to develop long term relationships with superior interpersonal skills
- Strong math and Microsoft Office skills
