This role will be instrumental in driving regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and scalable solutions across global markets. As a key member of the Cities team, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy teams to design, implement, and optimize regulatory processes and products. This role requires a data-driven, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities - Develop and scale operational processes to gather, verify, and maintain regulatory requirements across geographies - Analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends, risks, and compliance gaps - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor regulatory performance and outcomes - Design, validate, and optimize data pipelines and workflows supporting compliance initiatives - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy teams to deliver scalable, automated compliance solutions - Monitor program milestones, track performance, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership - Act as a voice of the host experience, ensuring regulatory initiatives align with marketplace needs - Manage escalations, incidents, and inquiries related to regulatory operations and products Must-Have Skills - 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, program management, or data analytics - Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis (ability to work with large, imperfect datasets) - Proficiency in dashboarding/BI tools and reporting frameworks - Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without authority - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a hands-on, ownership mindset Industry Experience - Preferred: Tech, marketplace platforms, gig economy, or evolving regulatory environments - Relevant experience in compliance, legal operations, or regulated industries - Experience working in dynamic, less-structured regulatory environments is highly valued - Exposure to AI-enabled tools in compliance or operations is a plus

• The main job of the APM is to support the PM(s) on certain tasks within the turnkey tower development process• Coordinate the set-up of the project(s), budgets, and initiation of new tower/site builds as approved and assigned• Solicit pre-approved vendors to provide site acquisition, engineering and permitting services to complete the project(s)• Establish and maintain weekly project plans for multiple sites and PMs as required• Identify and assess potential risk within the project scope and escalate internally for resolution• Monitor and communicate metrics with company tracking tools and reports on a minimum weekly basis• Initiate and conduct necessary meetings with vendors to keep project(s) on schedule and within budget• Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project including requisitions, purchase orders and invoice approvals• Complete all project closeouts including site walks, punch list item completion, document scanning, site binder, and accounting• Learn and understand construction drawings and the redline process, environmental reports, title, lease terms and government approvals

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Estimator to join our fast-paced Operations team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of quotes across the US and Canada—delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates that meet our Gold Standard for quality, speed, and value. You’ll collaborate closely with senior estimators and team leads while taking full ownership of your performance. What You’ll Do - Execute a high volume of quotes across the US and Canada with speed and precision - Deliver estimates that meet our Gold Standard for accuracy, turnaround time, and competitive pricing - Approach each quote with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing customer needs with profitability - Follow established QA processes and workflows, while proactively identifying and flagging gaps or inefficiencies - Communicate clearly and proactively with team leads and senior estimators, escalating issues early - Consistently meet service level targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Support senior team members on additional tasks and contribute to overall team performance What You’ll Bring - 1–3 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement (internship experience welcome) - Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate - Clear and concise communication skills - Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality - High level of ownership, drive, and consistency under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Fluency in English Nice to Have - Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field - Experience with cross-border (US/Canada) pricing or procurement - Exposure to value engineering or cost optimization initiatives - Background in landscaping, horticulture, or wholesale plant materials

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of network infrastructure projects and programs, from initiation through closure. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance artifacts. • Manage complex dependencies across infrastructure, security, application, and business teams. • Lead project execution using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate. • Drive delivery of initiatives such as WAN / LAN upgrades and migrations, SD‑WAN implementations, Data center network refresh or relocation, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS/GCP), Network security and Zero Trust initiatives. • Partner with network architects and engineers to understand design, sequencing, and risk impacts. • Ensure cutover, migration, and rollback plans are defined and tested. • Serve as a trusted interface between technical teams and senior leadership. • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans in business‑relevant terms. • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve priority conflicts. • Identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks early. • Lead resolution of high‑severity issues, including failed cutovers or outages. • Manage scope changes using formal change control and impact assessment. • Manage third‑party vendors, service providers, and system integrators. • Track vendor performance against SLAs, milestones, and contractual commitments. • Establish and operate delivery governance aligned with enterprise standards. • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
