About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Estimator to join our fast-paced Operations team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of quotes across the US and Canada—delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates that meet our Gold Standard for quality, speed, and value. You’ll collaborate closely with senior estimators and team leads while taking full ownership of your performance. What You’ll Do - Execute a high volume of quotes across the US and Canada with speed and precision - Deliver estimates that meet our Gold Standard for accuracy, turnaround time, and competitive pricing - Approach each quote with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing customer needs with profitability - Follow established QA processes and workflows, while proactively identifying and flagging gaps or inefficiencies - Communicate clearly and proactively with team leads and senior estimators, escalating issues early - Consistently meet service level targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Support senior team members on additional tasks and contribute to overall team performance What You’ll Bring - 1–3 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement (internship experience welcome) - Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate - Clear and concise communication skills - Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality - High level of ownership, drive, and consistency under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Fluency in English Nice to Have - Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field - Experience with cross-border (US/Canada) pricing or procurement - Exposure to value engineering or cost optimization initiatives - Background in landscaping, horticulture, or wholesale plant materials

About the role:We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Prepping Team Lead to oversee our Quote Prepper team and ensure the smooth, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and vendor catalogues. Reporting to the Estimation Manager, you will be the backbone of our quoting workflow, setting the standard for quality, training and coaching team members, and keeping our operations running efficiently as we scale. This is a hands-on role that combines operational coordination with people leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. What You’ll Do: - Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Quote Prepper team. - Review, quality-check, and process quotes and orders with a high degree of accuracy. - Train, onboard, and mentor new Quote Preppers, establishing clear standards and best practices. - Ensure plant lists and client submissions meet company standards before processing. - Manage workload distribution and prioritization across the team to meet turnaround targets. - Maintain and update vendor catalogues and records in our inventory management system. - Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with the Head of Operations to implement improvements. - Serve as a point of escalation for complex or non-standard quotes and orders. - Track team performance and report on key metrics to the Head of Operations. What You’ll Need: - 3-4 years of experience in a data entry, operations coordination, administrative, or supply chain role. - Demonstrated ability to train or guide others, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to reviewing and processing information. - Strong prioritization skills: able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy. - Proficiency with CRM or data management tools (HubSpot or similar). - Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and hold a team accountable. - Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment. - Written and spoken proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in financial services, supply chain coordination, or a related field. - Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity—even informally. - Exposure to inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar). - Genuine interest in the landscape, horticulture, or agricultural industry.

• Own and grow all aspects of customer health as well as quotes and order processes for your markets • Build and execute account growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with top accounts • Close, grow, and foster new customer accounts from the beginning of the sales cycle • Process quotes and orders, while ensuring the quality of the product, competitive pricing, and service levels are met and exceed customer expectations • Communicate with customers to ensure that specs are met, address/resolve any concerns or issues the customers have pre, mid, or post order • Travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and trade shows on a quarterly basis • May coordinate and optimize deliveries • Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors

• Lead the full lifecycle of solution design, development, and deployment for scalable web applications and services. • Architect and build high-performance solutions using modern frameworks and technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS). • Stay hands-on by contributing to development sprints, writing clean code, and performing code reviews. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product requirements into technical solutions and deliverables. • Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. • Champion best practices in design, testing, performance, and security while continuously evaluating ways to improve reliability and scalability.

• Partner with the CPO to define and evolve the product roadmap • Independently identify problems, propose solutions, and surface risks or opportunities • Own execution for your product area end-to-end • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product quality and scalability • Help design, implement, and scale product processes, tools, and systems as the company grows • Partner with leadership to implement more robust ROI tracking for product initiatives • Own backlog grooming and prioritization • Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories • Lead sprint planning and facilitate agile ceremonies • Run epic kickoffs and ensure shared understanding across product, engineering, and stakeholders • Coordinate release planning and execution across teams • Support users and internal teams by investigating issues and clarifying product behavior • Own and maintain high-quality product and feature documentation • Lead user research, interviews, and discovery efforts • Translate customer, business, and technical needs into well-defined product solutions • Validate assumptions and inform prioritization with qualitative and quantitative insights
