This role coordinates activities and resources to deliver project outcomes as defined by program requirements. As a Project Coordinator, you will support delivery of projects and tasks, tracking, reporting, and coordination across workstreams. This role is fully remote! This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. Responsibilities: - Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and communications to meet program requirements. - Support delivery of project tasks and workstreams; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards. - Track milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain project logs and provide regular updates. - Prepare project documentation including status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials. - Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, capture action items, and follow up on progress. - Maintain project repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence) and ensure proper version control. - Coordinate onboarding, access requests, procurement actions, and project logistics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and stakeholder groups. - Support project governance, quality assurance, configuration management, and reporting requirements. - May provide oversight or guidance to junior team members depending on contractual requirements. Requirements: - Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (years of experience may substitute for education) - Experience supporting project coordination or PMO functions - Experience with delivery of projects and tasks, tracking and reporting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 - Ability to travel up to 25% Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience supporting federal programs or complex IT or transformation initiatives - Familiarity with Agile or waterfall methodologies - Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project - Experience preparing dashboards or executive-level reports - CAPM, PMP, or similar certification - Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #EHR #GDITFedHealthJobs #IHSJobs The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
