• Manage the creation, accuracy, and maintenance of product data across retailer websites and vendor portals, ensuring data integrity and operational readiness. • Ensure customer SKUs & pricing are set up in Conair’s internal systems for seamless customer ordering. • Conduct routine product detail page (PDP) audits to validate high-quality images, videos, product titles and descriptions are displayed across retail.com • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts, developing deep expertise in customer-specific requirements and ensuring timely, accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders. • Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to proactively manage inventory allocation and replenishment strategies to optimize sales performance and inventory turn. • Manage pricing updates and ensure all customer accounts reflect accurate and current pricing in alignment with company guidelines and contractual terms. • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to oversee order management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to customer compliance standards. • Support and participate in recurring meetings with customer buying & planning teams to review performance, identify trends, and assess the impact of operational or assortment changes on sales results. • Support the Operations Director and Account Managers in preparing monthly business reviews, weekly flash reporting, and performance recaps, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. • Analyze promotional performance against shipment expectations and collaborate with Sales to develop forward-looking shipment and inventory plans. • Own end-to-end sample management for line reviews, planograms, and other customer needs (placing sample orders, providing tracking information, confirming when samples are delivered)

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer account management and item setup experience
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience work with ERP systems (SAP preferred), proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
