Title: Stylist (Remote) Location: PLANFIELD, IN, US Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Part-Time Remote Stylist at FULLBEAUTY Brands is responsible for delivering personalized styling experiences by curating fashion selections tailored to each customer’s unique style, fit, and budget preferences. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and supporting business performance through thoughtful styling and effective communication. This is a remote, part-time position (10–15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling based on business needs. • This role is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of physical experiences across Stripe Sessions and Stripe Tour with a focus on the expo and campus-wide activations. • Drive the experiential strategy across the full event campus by identifying creative opportunities to shape the attendee journey as a whole. • Oversee all aspects of expo experiential design and campus-wide activations. • Concept and lead physical experiences that bring Stripe products and customer stories to life. • Propose and develop new spaces for targeted attendees segments, industries, verticals or customer story activations. • Partner with marketing, product, comms, and creative teams to understand business priorities. • Design and manage the placement of all expo elements to optimize attendee flow, visibility, and engagement. • Manage all expo activations from early planning through onsite execution. • Own the run of show for expo build and live event days. • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to deliver partner activations that are well placed, well built, and aligned with sponsorship goals. • Work with internal teams to intake information, clarify goals, and recommend creative, on-budget activation solutions.
• Support end-to-end execution and project management of sponsorship deliverables across a portfolio of 30+ events • Coordinate and execute sponsor onboarding process using timeline and actions lists • Manage Sponsor Relations email inbox to include responding to customers using internal FAQ documents and other resources • Act as Sponsor Lead and key point of contact for sponsor-related needs on-site at events • Serve as internal POC between sales, marketing, content, and event operations teams • Track sponsorship contracts and execution of deliverables through internal tracking process using cvent, salesforce and other internal systems • Coordinate floor plan assignments and manage booth/ table inventory availability • Support fulfilment of sponsor deliverables both pre-event and onsite in partnership with event operations lead • Support sponsor marketing deliverables pre-event to include sponsor logo management and signage
