Events Coordinator

• Coordinate and execute webinars and tradeshows, including scheduling, registration setup, platform configuration, and event management • Manage all event logistics, including customer speaker preparation, stakeholder communication, and internal team coordination • Develop and execute workflows that support event promotion, registration nurture, follow-up communications, and pipeline tracking • Collaborate with Marketing to measure event performance, track engagement, and report on pipeline impact • Integrate AI-powered workflows to optimize scheduling, streamline attendee communications, and enhance post-event data analysis for increased efficiency • Perform comprehensive quality checks on event setups, platform functionality, and communications to ensure readiness • Facilitate post-event activities, including sending follow-up communications, analyzing performance metrics, and documenting execution details • Maintain clear documentation of event workflows, process improvements, and outcomes

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in online events coordination, marketing events, or digital marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience managing webinars, virtual summits, or similar digital events
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events
  • Experience engaging with customer speakers and internal stakeholders to support event success
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Wistia, Cvent)
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve event efficiency and reporting
  • Demonstrated skill in measuring event performance and reporting on pipeline contribution
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and attendee engagement

Role Description You will be responsible for managing the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, supporting delivery, and managing asset status and condition in our database. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams to improve report quality, asset data, and completion times. What you will be doing: - Planning Service remedial works with direct labour or sub-contractor in line with customer SLA's. - Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools. - Booking-In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required. - Updating customers portals and planners, ensuring completion within strict SLA's including jeopardy management. - Processing all reactive paperwork from holding pots and moving completed job folders to finance team. - Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team. - Processing of completion paperwork and workflow to finance. - Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders. - Producing Monthly performance reports and attending client calls/supporting meetings. - Processing all PPM paperwork from holding pots and moving to finance team if required and filling in site folders. - Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required. Qualifications - Experience in a similar role ideally within the sprinkler industry but construction/engineering/FM industry experience will also be considered. - Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders (essential). - Experience of raising and processing subcontractor purchase orders (essential). - Able to effectively manage time, organise and prioritise to meet demands (essential). - Strong IT skills with experience of using database/portal systems (essential). Benefits - Salary Range £28k to £32k (depending on experience). - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 days. - Contributory company pension scheme. - Life Assurance. - Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.45 – 16.40, Friday 8.45 – 16:05).
