Corporate Events Manager, Expo

• This role is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of physical experiences across Stripe Sessions and Stripe Tour with a focus on the expo and campus-wide activations. • Drive the experiential strategy across the full event campus by identifying creative opportunities to shape the attendee journey as a whole. • Oversee all aspects of expo experiential design and campus-wide activations. • Concept and lead physical experiences that bring Stripe products and customer stories to life. • Propose and develop new spaces for targeted attendees segments, industries, verticals or customer story activations. • Partner with marketing, product, comms, and creative teams to understand business priorities. • Design and manage the placement of all expo elements to optimize attendee flow, visibility, and engagement. • Manage all expo activations from early planning through onsite execution. • Own the run of show for expo build and live event days. • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to deliver partner activations that are well placed, well built, and aligned with sponsorship goals. • Work with internal teams to intake information, clarify goals, and recommend creative, on-budget activation solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years managing and executing tradeshows, driving attendee engagement and logistics
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritizing tasks
  • Proven experience in effective communications and relationship management
  • Able to work collaboratively, creatively and cross-functionally in a dynamic fast-moving work environment
  • Strong in developing processes and automating where possible; thinking at scale
  • Superior organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and proven track record to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently, multiple vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset to focus on setting goals, measuring KPIs, communicating milestones along the way, and teaming with other stakeholders to showcase the outcomes of each event to stakeholders

Role Description You will be responsible for managing the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, supporting delivery, and managing asset status and condition in our database. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams to improve report quality, asset data, and completion times. What you will be doing: - Planning Service remedial works with direct labour or sub-contractor in line with customer SLA's. - Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools. - Booking-In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required. - Updating customers portals and planners, ensuring completion within strict SLA's including jeopardy management. - Processing all reactive paperwork from holding pots and moving completed job folders to finance team. - Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team. - Processing of completion paperwork and workflow to finance. - Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders. - Producing Monthly performance reports and attending client calls/supporting meetings. - Processing all PPM paperwork from holding pots and moving to finance team if required and filling in site folders. - Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required. Qualifications - Experience in a similar role ideally within the sprinkler industry but construction/engineering/FM industry experience will also be considered. - Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders (essential). - Experience of raising and processing subcontractor purchase orders (essential). - Able to effectively manage time, organise and prioritise to meet demands (essential). - Strong IT skills with experience of using database/portal systems (essential).
