• Manage a team of Admins and Developers, focusing on career development, skill-gap identification, and a high-performance culture. • Track KPIs to measure engineering velocity, deployment success, and platform health to drive continuous improvement. • Autonomously identify and bridge gaps in internal workflows, from intake and grooming to deployment and documentation. • Analyze how contributors interact with the development pipeline to ensure balanced workloads and remove roadblocks. • Evaluate and implement DevOps, monitoring, and QA tools to empower the team and ensure platform stability. • Own the health and uptime of the Salesforce environment for the GTM organization. • Refine internal standards and own the CI/CD pipeline for automated, low-risk deployments. • Enforce rigorous QA and UAT protocols to balance business agility with platform stability.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of people management, with a track record of leading technical experts through high-growth cycles.
  • Data-centric approach; able to build dashboards and reports that reflect team health and project progress.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience. Technical literacy to provide guidance on best practices for declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Experience building and scaling engineering processes and using metrics to improve team performance.
  • Ability to work independently to diagnose process or tooling gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce-specific CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum) and Git-based version control.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Agile to extract performance data and team metrics.
  • Ability to influence technical teams and gain buy-in for new processes through logical, data-backed arguments.
