Localisation du poste : Région parisienne Localisation de l'école : Paris Secteur d'activité : Presse Au sein du service des ressources humaines, l'apprenti(e) Chargé(e) de recrutement & développement RH participe activement au recrutement des futurs collaborateurs de l’Etudiant et prend part au développement de divers projets RH. Les missions : Recrutement - Définir les besoins en recrutement avec les managers et élaborer des descriptions de poste précises ; - Publier les annonces sur les plateformes adéquates et gérer la visibilité des offres ; - Effectuer le sourcing de candidats ; - Conduire les entretiens téléphoniques pour une présélection efficace ; - Organiser les entretiens de recrutement avec les équipes concernées ; - Mettre en place des stratégies de chasse de tête pour des profils spécifiques ; - Assurer le reporting des recrutements en cours. Projets développement RH - Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de guides RH destinés aux managers, couvrant divers sujets tels que le recrutement, l’intégration, l’évaluation des compétences, les questions juridiques RH ; - Participer à la réflexion et à la mise en œuvre de process d’onboarding, journée d’intégration & marque employeur. Les missions pourront varier en fonction des besoins et des temps forts de l’année. Profil recherché - Formation Master Ressources Humaines ; - Première expérience réussie en recrutement ; - Sens de l’organisation et créativité ; - Grandes qualités relationnelles, de communication et d’écoute ; - Bonnes notions comptables ; - Appétence pour le systèmes d'informations ; - Socle fort de contrôle de gestion. You have regular interaction across regions and functions and some international travel to support distributor engagement and alignment is expected. Your profile You have experience working with distributors or partner networks in a global, matrix organization – ideally within mining or industrial. You’re highly structured and comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial, legal and operational topics. Experience with indirect sales or big equipment/machinery as well as subsequent aftermarket sales is needed. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. You bring strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create clarity, drive follow-up, and ensure compliance across different regions.
