Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP)

• Provide support for executive-level decision-making in the IT governance framework. • Develop and plan IT governance processes. • Review and develop IT standards in line with regulations. • Implement governance solutions using platforms like Atlassian and Ardoq. • Collaborate with teams to collect data supporting governance roadmaps.

• Performing financial analyses, developing Total Cost of Ownership models, and providing recommendations on financial strategies • Supporting IT operations or governance through financial insights • Collaborating with stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals • Participating in Agile methodologies to optimize financial delivery

• Work directly with VIP customers to understand business processes, pain points, operational challenges, and opportunities where AI or agentic solutions can create measurable value. • Design, prototype, and support implementation of AI-enabled solutions using large language models, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, API integrations, automation tools, and human-in-the-loop review patterns. • Translate customer requirements into solution designs, technical architectures, implementation plans, prototypes, and production-readiness recommendations. • Support AI adoption across use cases such as software quality, test automation, knowledge management, document analysis, workflow automation, case management, citizen services, operational reporting, and decision support. • Build working demos, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and reusable accelerators that can be adapted across VIP customer engagements. • Support the transition from prototype to production by helping define technical requirements, integration needs, security considerations, testing approaches, support models, and adoption plans. • Help customers evaluate AI use cases through the lens of data privacy, security, compliance, auditability, accuracy, explainability, and operational risk. • Lead or support customer workshops focused on AI opportunity discovery, solution design, pilot planning, implementation readiness, and adoption planning. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both executive and technical audiences. • Create customer-facing documentation, including solution briefs, architecture summaries, implementation roadmaps, pilot plans, operating procedures, and adoption guides. • Train customer teams on how to use, manage, evaluate, and improve AI-enabled solutions. • Help customers move beyond experimentation by identifying practical steps required for adoption, governance, support, and long-term value realization. • Partner with VIP delivery teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader consulting, implementation, quality assurance, DevOps, data, and application modernization efforts. • Share lessons learned across VIP’s SLG and Commercial delivery teams. • Provide technical guidance to VIP consultants who are incorporating AI into existing service offerings. • Contribute to VIP’s evolving delivery methodology for responsible and practical AI adoption.

• Design and development of effective, sustainable, maintainable, and reliable software • Active participation in a team-based, scrum development environment • Unit testing of their developed software prior to testing by the quality assurance team members • Correction of defects identified through their unit testing, through quality assurance team member testing or User Acceptance Testing • Analyzing and understanding business users requirements, clarifying inconsistencies, conflicts, or ambiguities, to effectively model business processes in software • Development and implementation of enterprise-level software components and services, to reduce the overall costs of solution development • Document software designs, applications support requirements, application configuration information, as required

• Manage automated accounting systems with a focus on general ledger • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy • Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions • Maintain compliance with accounting regulations and standards

• Provide industry-leading management consulting, system integration, and technology deployment solutions • Help clients strengthen mission outcomes by combining deep industry specialization, agility to adapt as needed, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction • Deploy systems that align people, processes, and technology to accelerate strategic change and deliver business results

• Coordinate the activities necessary for the successful completion and submission of proposals • Facilitate expectation management and surface issues • Take ownership of all proposal requirements and subsequent proposal deliverables • Track and ascertain proposal award status • Analyze RFP/RFIs to identify unique requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned target market to achieve quarterly and annual sales quota set forth by the company • Constantly establish and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers, supplement demand generation activities with personal rolodex and prospect contacts • Secure and attend meetings with prospective customers to gain information pertaining to their business needs and current environment, develop sales messaging and conduct client presentations to C-level executives, qualify opportunities • Shape the future project scope for prospective clients, establish optimal company solutions and corresponding cost estimates • Select the best of breed partners with the best-fit solutions to tailor how VIP responds to RFPs, secure new business, and most effectively deliver to clients business needs • Lead the capture and proposal process in conjunction with the proposal team to ensure compelling and compliant bids are submitted • Represent VIP at trade shows, conferences and events • Work to achieve and exceed annual quota goals • Actively manage prospects, opportunities, and territory pipeline leveraging SFDC CRM • Stay current with new product knowledge, technology, services, and industry developments • Expand defined service and product areas into newly defined geographies and business domains • Maintain and communicate plans and reports regarding sales activities on a regular basis

• Develop customer-facing features, workflows, and integrations inside the OutSystems platform • Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs connecting the portal to CIS, billing, payments, and future acquisition systems • Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with existing National Fuel developers • Support potential architectural pivots (e.g., C# development) as the organization evaluates long-term platform direction • Collaborate effectively across distributed teams, including follow-the-sun models

• Responsible for the development, support and maintenance of PeopleSoft ERP systems • Integrations with both internal and external County systems • Development of reports and queries that present data and analytics • Setup and maintenance of workflows • Analysis of system defects and performance issues with problem resolution • Participation in upgrade projects • Work with multiple customers and areas; document business processes and requirements
