Role Description This is a maternity cover for 1 year (August 2026 - August 2027). The EMEA Field & Relationship Marketing team is seeking a results-driven Senior Relationship Marketing Manager to focus on leading and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across the EMEA territory. With 5-10 years of professional experience in B2B marketing within the technology industry, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of both 1:1 and 1:Few ABM plans. You will act as the primary point of contact for relationship marketing activities in EMEA and pioneer new programs that can be replicated globally. The ideal candidate must be a confident collaborator who effectively aligns sales priorities with marketing objectives to drive pipeline velocity. Responsibilities - Strategy & Alignment: - Formulate and deliver the EMEA relationship marketing strategy for top accounts via 1:1 and 1:Few ABM, leveraging historical performance data alongside innovative pilot programs. - Develop strategic, integrated quarterly campaigns that align with sales account plans and drive incremental pipeline growth. - Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure the seamless integration of ABM campaigns across all online channels. - Collaborate with channel partners to co-create, drive, and amplify ABM initiatives. - 1:1 ABM Execution: - Drive end-to-end management of account-based marketing plans and oversee the execution of all designated activities. - Demonstrate proven success in gaining access to and engaging with C-suite and senior executive levels within target accounts. - Maintain strong relationships with account owners and confidently present plans to end customers to secure internal buy-in. - Manage comprehensive campaign and event logistics (e.g., venue booking, registration pages, attendee communications, shipping, and logistics). - 1:Few ABM Execution: - Generate and execute curated campaigns and fresh ideas to drive dedicated, deep engagement in a 1:Few setting within EMEA’s top accounts. - Oversee 1:Few campaign operations, including event management, vendor coordination, sales briefings, tracking, and documentation. - Communication & Reporting: - Draft and distribute clear internal and external communications related to relationship marketing activities. - Build strong relationships with sales and marketing counterparts internally, as well as stakeholders within focus accounts. - Communicate ongoing plans and performance metrics with sales and marketing leadership. - Partner with global marketing counterparts on worldwide initiatives for top-tier accounts. - Budget & ROI Management: - Manage relationship marketing spend, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget. - Conduct quarterly analysis and ROI reporting to measure, monitor, and adjust campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations (based on proven ABM ROI models) for future investments. - Assist with compiling data for marketing reports and executive presentations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5–10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in Full-Funnel ABM within B2B technology. - Direct experience working within SaaS or software companies is required. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many). - Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and account-level playbooks with minimal oversight. - Willingness to travel up to 25% to drive field marketing initiatives and high-touch executive events. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment; possesses a "Revenue Marketer" mindset where no task is too big or small to move the needle on pipeline velocity. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and Intent Data platforms. - Fluent in English, with the ability to craft personalized, high-value content tailored to diverse buyer personas. Requirements - Preferred Tech Stack: Salesforce (CRM), Tableau (Data Visualization), Marketo (Automation), and ABM-specific tools like 6sense. - Experience with Workfront, Swoogo, or similar tools for project and event orchestration is a plus. - A confident collaborator who aligns sales priorities with marketing objectives and effectively manages stakeholder expectations. • Own the full technical track on qualified EMEA Analytics and AI opportunities from the first architecture call through to the technical win, with nothing handed back. • Lead the technical motion on AI and GenAI use cases on Postgres vector search, retrieval, RAG, and agentic workloads turning emerging customer demand into solutions that win. • Run proofs of concept, benchmarks, and sizing, including services scoping and complex migrations. • Design reference architectures and frame EDB's technical differentiation clearly and confidently in competitive situations. • Operate at the enterprise and CxO level executive advisory, thought leadership, and board-level positioning on strategic accounts. • Document every deal motion into playbooks, reference architectures, and demos so any SE in the regional org can recognize and flag the next opportunity. We multiply the field we do not replace it. • Co-host the weekly Analytics & AI Open Hours for EMEA, delivering real-time enablement, market intel, and field coaching to sellers and SEs. • Close the loop to Product and Engineering turning deal pain into a roadmap signal through the weekly win/loss feedback cycle.
• Delivering on the mission requires a systems-focused engineer who can navigate complex full-stack environments. • Responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of the EDB Postgres AI platform, integrated with Hardware, Kubernetes, On-Prem and Cloud based environments. • Manage technical execution across a variety of EDB stakeholder teams to deliver mission-critical projects for strategic customer(s). • Architect and build data platform solutions that leverage the EDB Postgres AI Sovereign Data and AI Factory (SDAF). • Responsible for bridging the gap between hardware/infrastructure installation and delivering Data Platform, AI and Agentic innovation, ensuring platform optimization for specific use-cases.
• Own end-to-end accountability for EDB’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles globally, ensuring quality of deliverables to leadership, the Board, and lenders. Drive measurable improvement in close timeliness, reporting quality, and operating efficiency across the global accounting organization. • In partnership with the Head of Accounting, other stakeholders across the Company, and third party advisors, lead the design, implementation, and maturation of EDB’s internal controls function. Establish a global controls operating model and embed a compliance mindset across the accounting organization. • Own technical accounting research, policy setting, and documentation across complex US GAAP areas, with senior reviewer accountability on revenue recognition, capitalized software development costs, equity-based compensation, business combinations and other significant judgment areas. Build the external reporting function for EDB’s future growth. • Act as a primary liaison to external auditors, leading the remediation of any deficiencies and supporting the Audit Committee with readiness milestones and financial reporting. • Act as a strategic accounting partner to FP&A, Legal, People, GTM, and Corporate Development. Translate complex accounting topics for executive and non-finance stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and develop a global accounting leadership team, fostering a growth mindset and high-performance culture. • Build the technical accounting and external reporting bench to support EDB’s continued scale and trajectory.

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly reforecasting, and long-range financial planning processes end-to-end. • Develop and maintain the corporate financial model, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections. • Lead monthly business reviews — synthesizing actuals vs. budget with clear variance analysis and forward-looking commentary. • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to build financial scenarios in support of strategic decisions, M&A activity, and capital allocation. • Design, own, and continuously improve the suite of internal financial reports used by leadership, the board, and investors. • Build a reporting cadence that gives business leaders the information they need. • Ensure consistency and integrity across all financial reporting — from board decks to departmental scorecards. • Own the narrative: translate financial results into business insight, not just numbers. • Serve as the dedicated finance partner to G&A functions including HR, Legal, IT, and Finance. • Build trusted relationships with G&A leaders to drive accountability against budgets and support investment prioritization. • Lead G&A budget submissions during the AOP and forecasting cycles. • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to G&A leadership in support of vendor decisions, headcount requests, and organizational changes. • Own the FP&A tech stack — including planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, or equivalent), BI platforms, and data integrations with ERP/HRIS. • Drive automation of recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve speed to insight. • Partner with Accounting, IT, and Data Analytics to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines that support financial planning and reporting. • Build and maintain scalable models and templates that can support the business as it grows. • Evaluate and lead implementation of new FP&A tooling where appropriate.

• Lead the administration of complex, global sales compensation plans, including incentive compensation, bonus, and accelerator calculations for a diverse sales organization. • Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for the SPIFF compensation platform. Responsibilities include plan configuration, data integrity management, system testing, and troubleshooting. • Manage the investigation and resolution of complex incentive compensation inquiries and disputes, ensuring professional, timely, and accurate adjustments while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. • Ensure all compensation calculations and system configurations adhere to corporate policies and plan documents. • Conduct analysis of sales performance and compensation data to identify trends, accurately forecast incentive compensation payouts, and prepare insights for review by executive sales and finance leadership. • Proactively identify, design, and implement opportunities to streamline and automate sales compensation processes, significantly enhancing efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across the function. • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, and HR to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and compliance across all compensation activities. • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for the global sales team regarding plan details, policies, and system mechanics.
• You'll engage directly with lighthouse customers to validate use cases, pressure-test messaging, and uncover the value propositions that move deals forward — then bring those insights back to sharpen how EDB Postgres AI is positioned and sold. • You'll build the playbook context and field-facing assets that make core PMM messaging real and usable for the sales field — including use case narratives, competitive context, and customer-facing proof points. • You'll identify repeatable patterns from signature customer wins and work with PMM and Enablement to turn them into scalable motions the whole field can run. • You'll show up to strategic customer meetings where product depth and business context matter, serving as the link between what the product does and what the customer is trying to solve. • You'll feed a continuous stream of market intelligence — what's resonating, what's breaking down, what customers are asking for — back into the team to keep what gets built relevant and competitive.
• Work directly with customers to provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate workaround(s) and solutions for all EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products. • Collaborate with and mentor junior and mid-tier support engineers to triage issues, create reproducible test cases, file Development requests, and offer patches when possible. • Develop and deliver training. • Collaborate with Development resources to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks. • Serve as the primary point of contact to premium customers on priority engagements. • Manage and drive solutions for escalated issues. • Document solutions, procedures, and standards for customers as well as for internal use.
