• Design, implement, and evolve enterprise-grade cloud platforms on AWS. • Translate business objectives into robust, modular, and secure architectures. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost optimization of systems. • Serve as the technical lead guiding engineering teams in best practices.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Power Platform • Translate complex business requirements into detailed system design plans • Customize and configure entities, workflows, objects, fields, modern commands, and classic ribbon buttons, as well as reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse • Develop integrations between Power Platform and other systems, using both standard and custom solutions • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build applications and workflows that meet business needs • Extend the capabilities of Power Platform Model-Driven Apps using Client and Dataverse APIs • Integrate and develop solutions that incorporate Model-Driven and Canvas Apps • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and align with the overall objectives • Provide timely technical support for Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixes • Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintainability • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Power Platform features and capabilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope technical requirements during pre-sales • Provide prescriptive, confident technical guidance to prospects • Lead on-site and remote IoT hardware deployments for pilot customers • Install, configure, and troubleshoot industrial sensors • Build and maintain deployment playbooks and documentation • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align on requirements

• Collaborate with clients and prospects to gather and analyze data, using the results to create and present compelling, cost-effective solutions. • Develop and maintain client and prospect analytics infrastructure through Tableau, MG Edge, Excel, and OTM. • Using your Supply Chain and Transportation knowledge, look for opportunities to optimize solutions for our customers. • Ability to review data and determine gaps, questions and actions needed, including facilitating those actions with internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct ah-hoc analysis and provide decision support for client projects. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing of engineering solutions and savings projects from the pre-sales process to client onboarding and ensure team adheres to best practices. • Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and identify opportunities to enhance our solutions. • Will need to occasionally respond to customer requests after primary work hours (nights and weekends) and/or work on a weekend when customers needs require support. • Foster team growth, team development, cross-team collaboration by setting an example of leading in challenging times, leading others outside of your primary team in times of need, and fostering a true team environment of helping others
