• Lead technical analysis and engineering efforts related to tactical communications, with an emphasis on HF/BLOS/strategic radio systems, military waveforms, and system integration. • Perform hands-on testing and evaluation of military communications systems, including antenna performance assessment (VSWR, gain, radiation patterns) and waveform interoperability testing. • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on the design, installation, and fielding of new communications systems, contributing to site surveys and infrastructure planning. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, maintenance schedules, and integration guides for new and existing systems. • Analyze system-of-systems interoperability challenges, focusing on legacy integration, interface management, and data exchange across joint and coalition platforms. • Provide subject matter expertise and user support for tactical radio systems and COMSEC protocols. • Participate in technical working groups, providing expert input grounded in extensive field and operational experience.

• Serve as a principal author and editor for U.S. Military Standards (MIL-STD) and NATO Standards (STANAGs) related to high-frequency radio, data modems, and automated radio control. • Provide expert advisory and consulting services to U.S. Government, NATO, and allied governments on wireless networks, cryptographic systems, and communications interoperability. • Direct the design, analysis, and standardization of adaptive techniques for automated and secure communications systems. • Develop and deliver high-level courses and training on advanced communications technologies and standards to senior technical audiences within the defense community. • Review and contribute to technical literature and research efforts to maintain strategic advantage in communications technology.

• Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to support client needs. • Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps to streamline business processes. • Support data analysis by generating and updating reports using the M365 Office suite, including Excel. • Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members. • Learn and help maximize the clients customized M365 Teams environment to execute deliverables. • Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions for solutions developed.

• Design and implement intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to meet evolving client needs. • Develop and deploy custom Power Apps to address business challenges and improve processes. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization and decision support. • Provide expert troubleshooting for workflow issues and recommend Power Platform solutions. • Deliver virtual demos, training sessions, and documentation for developed solutions. • Use advanced Excel capabilities to generate reports and perform data analysis for resource tracking. • Support the clients customized M365 Teams environment to facilitate collaboration and deliverables.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Power Platform • Translate complex business requirements into detailed system design plans • Customize and configure entities, workflows, objects, fields, modern commands, and classic ribbon buttons, as well as reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse • Develop integrations between Power Platform and other systems, using both standard and custom solutions • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build applications and workflows that meet business needs • Extend the capabilities of Power Platform Model-Driven Apps using Client and Dataverse APIs • Integrate and develop solutions that incorporate Model-Driven and Canvas Apps • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and align with the overall objectives • Provide timely technical support for Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixes • Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintainability • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Power Platform features and capabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps. • Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions. • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting. • Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration. • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users. • Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse. • Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.
