• Participate in discussions on architectural solutions and determine the best approaches to solve given problems; • Maintain systems and develop new features from inception to delivery; • Take part in peer code reviews, contributing to the quality of the code we deliver;

• Own the technical direction of our observability stack (Dash0, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Fluent Bit) — defining instrumentation standards for Java and Node.js services and driving adoption of tracing, metrics, and structured logging. • Establish meaningful SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to use them in real engineering decision-making. • Lead incident response as a senior commander, and conduct blameless postmortems with technical depth and real follow-up. • Evolve our on-call program to be humane and sustainable — reducing unnecessary work and alert noise as a first-class engineering priority. • Influence architectural decisions across the platform, going deep where it matters: GKE, Kong, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, and MinIO. • Mentor SREs and platform engineers, raise the technical bar through design and incident reviews, and help grow the SRE discipline at Digibee.

• Monitor cloud spend closely, flag anomalies early, and investigate root causes with a hands-on, problem-solving approach • Create and enforce core FinOps practices (tagging, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting) to improve accountability across teams • Build and maintain clear visibility over cloud spend (AWS/GCP), translating usage into simple, actionable reports for Finance and leadership • Identify cost-reduction opportunities (e.g., idle resources, overprovisioning, pricing models) and follow through on implementation with Engineering • Partner with technical teams to challenge decisions and introduce cost-awareness into day-to-day infrastructure choices

Highlight its integration, scalability, security, and time-to-market advantages, tailored to each customer's specific requirements. • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing, terms, and service agreements. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Solution Architects and Product Managers, to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner. • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track sales opportunities in the CRM system.
