• Collaborate with clients and prospects to gather and analyze data, using the results to create and present compelling, cost-effective solutions. • Develop and maintain client and prospect analytics infrastructure through Tableau, MG Edge, Excel, and OTM. • Model, price, and optimize complex, multi-mode transportation networks using decision support and network modeling tools. • Ability to review data and determine gaps, questions and actions needed, including facilitating those actions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data validation and integrity. • Conduct ah-hoc analysis and provide decision support for client projects. • Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and identify opportunities to enhance our solutions.

• Import and process all customer payments across all the Business units. • Payments must be applied accurately and timely. • Make responsible decisions in appropriately applying payments to the correct accounts; maintain accurate and concise records of all payments received; maintain unapplied payments. • Manage deduction process by analyzing customer accounts where short payments have been taken. • Ability to make routine decisions following established policy and procedures; ability to plan daily work for completion; knowledge of computer and related functions. • Work with Account Support and other teams/functions on requests of payment reapplications. • Communicate with other department on various items as needed. • Assist Accounts Payable and Finance departments with audit requests for documentation. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Leadership role on projects: Manage customer executive-level contacts • Assist in solution design, complex configuration, and resolving issues • Escalation and resolution for project issues (design, config, testing, timeline, etc.) • Manage up to 5 direct reports • Manage up to 3-5 projects at one time • Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight • Work with the customer executives to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project • Perform solutions design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project-related issues • Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, to meet the customers needs • Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

• Create 'to-be' business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight • Perform Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, configuration according to client requests • Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project • Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project related issues • Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients • Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, to meet the client's needs • Document test scripts and test OTM/GTM application • Perform training end users • Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

• As Supply Chain Analyst (LTL), responsible for sourcing LTL Carriers for client specific pricing programs • Serve as the primary face of the organization with designated LTL Carriers • Engage with LTL Carrier Stakeholders as a pricing expert • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned LTL carriers • Design pricing programs to maximize client savings • Manage RFPs via Redwoods proprietary bid site • Negotiate pricing for new and existing clients • Adhere to strict timelines for RFP and pricing renewal implementation • Accurately enter client specific pricing programs into Redwoods proprietary technology • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to LTL rates • Proactively suggest continuous improvement opportunities for processes and technology

• Respond to requests, notifications, and inquiries within required timeframes. • Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries and provide timely updates from initial submission throughout resolution • Coordinate with subject matter experts for additional training when resolution is unknown to be able to resolve similar requests in the future • Regularly create or update documentation and training material in the SCS Customer Support Knowledge Base • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency in customer problem resolution. • Mentor team members in understanding of Redwood Connect and TMS, in communication strategies with customers, and initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

• Manage and develop LTL Carrier Scorecards encompassing operational & financial metrics. • Leverage scorecards to drive positive change both internally & externally with carrier partners • Contribute to customer onboardings & implementations, partnering with LTL carriers to successfully align on operational strategies and customer requirements as a result of Procurement events for new and/or existing customers • Establish key relationships internally to learn how the Redwood Operations, Freight Audit & Pay and Procurement teams operate. • Represent these departments in a carrier facing role to drive improvements to critical processes that drive the Redwood business • Manage escalations from within the business and drive corrective action within the LTL carrier network. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders representing Redwood processes • Assist in carrier aging management and resolution, driving improvements from rate discrepancies and disputes, and ultimately deploying new processes internally and externally to increase percentage of Freight Bills paid within terms • Learn all Redwood systems & Transportation Management Systems and become an expert of data management from the system in order to quantify carrier performance • Manage internal communications that represent changes in LTL industry including weather or other events causing disruption in LTL carrier industry • Travel to LTL carrier offices & local terminals to represent Redwood and our customers. • Build out carrier contacts spanning Pricing, Operations, Collections & Technology departments • Travel to prospective customers to collect information on their product and operations to facilitate Redwood offering best LTL solution

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS subscription agreements, SOWs, and other strategic partnership contracts • Collaborate with our GTM (Sales, Marketing and Commercial) teams to facilitate initiatives while protecting companys legal and financial interests • Provide legal assistance and review on transportation management services engagements and supply chain agreements • Assist with contract strategy and negotiations for high-value, multi-year client engagements • Collaborate with our security team on regulatory compliance related to transportation, logistics, data privacy, cyber security, and cross-border data transfers • Support corporate initiatives including vendor contracting, technology procurement, M&A diligence, and internal governance as needed • Assist with supervision of a small team of attorneys in the legal department

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), actively diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer-reported issues and inquiries. • Manage and respond to support tickets in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely communication, resolution, and customer satisfaction. • Resolve a wide range of support requests, including user access management, system configuration, data corrections, and solution enhancements. • Collaborate with customers on weekly customer status calls reviewing ticket backlog, prioritization, and resolution progress. • Execute quarterly regression testing in support of quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades, identifying defects, validating fixes, and ensuring system stability. • Create and maintain Innovate Support knowledge base documentation

• Build and manage a customer pipeline, revenue growth targets and global go-to-market strategies for Managed Transportation opportunities though 100% hunting activities • Coordinate onsite industry events with certain partners and customer prospects • Lead strategies and contribute to market facing material aimed at establishing the Redwood brand as the top Managed Transportation option within the industry • Support and scale the Managed Transportation practice as a SME • Consistently meet quarterly and annual targets • Develop proposals and negotiate/close complex contracts • Work across functional groups within Redwood to ensure the Managed Transportation product is meeting customer demands and requirements to close deals • Build scalable Sales/GTM motions and programs • Identify new markets, verticals, and partners to help scale within those segments • Summarize product feedback gathered from customer and prospect meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal development and product teams • Conduct Agile Sales where a consistent sales process is followed along with constant improvement day by day, week by week • Develop Land and Expand strategies to meet the needs of the customer while allowing for future growth of Redwood Logistics products and services • Be proficient in Salesforce to update leads, opportunities and real time status of customers • Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Account Management • Analyze data and collaborate with customers, partners and stakeholders to capture feedback understand business needs and build consensus • Set and measure KPIs that drive key product and business decisions forward • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices and change management to improve performance and increase profitability • Work in partnership with other executives regarding cost, value and risk-potential of new projects and products • Represent Redwood Logistics as a domain and product expert during customer interactions
