About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team. This is a senior, hunter-led role designed for an experienced seller who is comfortable navigating large, complex organisations and selling into senior security and technology leadership. You will be responsible for driving net-new enterprise business, leveraging an established network of C-level and senior cyber decision-makers, and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder Managed Services deals. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers navigating our advanced ecosystem of technology partnerships, GRC consulting, offensive security and managed security services. Key Responsibilities - Strong hunter mentality with a consistent track record of building an enterprise sales pipeline from scratch. - Established enterprise-focused network of senior cybersecurity, IT, and risk decision-makers. - Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, ideally including penetration testing, security consulting, and managed security services or related enterprise solutions. - Experience engaging C-suite and senior leadership (CISO, CIO, CTO) in consultative, value-based sales discussions. - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience navigating enterprise procurement processes. - Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot to manage complex pipelines. - Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. - Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in a senior, autonomous enterprise sales role - Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from executive discovery and solution alignment through commercial negotiation and contract close. - Navigate complex buying committees, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements within large organisations. - Take a commercially driven, solution-oriented approach to overcoming barriers and accelerating deal progression - Partner closely with technical consultants, pre-sales specialists, and account leadership to design tailored, outcome-focused cybersecurity solutions. - Maintain deep knowledge of Cognisys’ cybersecurity portfolio, evolving threat landscapes, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk priorities. - Contribute to strategic growth initiatives as the business scales across enterprise markets. - Continuously refine enterprise sales capabilities, executive engagement skills, and industry expertise to drive long-term career progression. Requirements - 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise Sales or Business Development within SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, or consultative technology environments. - Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue targets through complex, high-value enterprise deal closures. - Proven experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organisations and regulated industries. - Advanced CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent), with disciplined pipeline management and accurate enterprise forecasting. - Strong experience leading executive-level product demonstrations, solution workshops, and value-based presentations tailored to C-suite stakeholders. - Highly self-directed operator with exceptional territory planning, organisational discipline, and time management in high-performance environments. - Ability to operate both independently and cross-functionally, partnering effectively with pre-sales, technical consultants, legal, and finance teams. - Strong outbound prospecting capability, including strategic cold outreach and account-based engagement at senior decision-maker level. - Executive-level communication, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships across complex buying committees. - Resilient, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the credibility to engage senior cybersecurity and risk leaders.
