• Manage and support public end customers within the Defense & Security Space including account planning, sales forecasting, and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams • To meet financial objectives, leverage existing framework contracts to protect, drive and extend existing business • Understand customers’ business and solution requirements to ensure satisfaction with our solutions • Identify business trends and leverage strengths of the sales team to create a differentiated offering while positioning ourselves to capture business • Provide direction, support and coaching to internal teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in an outside sales role
- Public Government Sector Knowledge
- Ability to leverage other teams, such as the internal sales force, pre-sales, services consultants, product managers and finance
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level executives
- Customer Special knowledge of the Public Government market in federal government Germany

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Nebius and the value to our customers. • Own and grow your territory: maintain and deliver against a strategic plan for region/territory. • Client Engagement: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, positioning our AI and cloud solutions to address client-specific challenges. • Solution Selling: Demonstrate the value of AI and cloud solutions through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations. • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives, securing deals that meet revenue targets and contributing to long-term partnerships. • Regional Representation: Represent Nebius AI at regional and industry events, webinars, and customer meetings. • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively. • Orchestrate the deal team (SEs, Industry, Partners, CS) to deliver differentiated value proposals and business cases. • Forecast with accuracy; progress deals through the Salesforce sales process and deliver against ACV / activity targets.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons • You support your customers from the first contact through to contract conclusion and assist them in all phases • With a thorough needs analysis you determine what our customers really need and help them find the optimal loan offer • You support our customers in fulfilling their needs — with no cold calling, as all of our customers have actively submitted their data to us • Thanks to our modern communication tools and the digital signing options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day
