• Lead data readiness assessments for FDE engagements, including cataloging data assets, ownership, quality, accessibility, and AI suitability. • Perform hands-on data integration and transformation work to prepare AI-ready datasets for PoV and production solutions. • Design and configure data governance and compliance controls (e.g., access control, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability) in line with regulatory and organizational needs. • Define integration patterns and pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with appropriate security, risk, and privacy controls. • Ensure PoV pipelines are production-aware from the start, including patterns for monitoring, reliability, performance, and maintainability. • Collaborate closely with AI Architects to align data flows with the AI software stack and avoid data-related blockers. • Work with AI Strategists and customer stakeholders to align data work with AI governance frameworks, operating models, and stewardship processes. • Contribute to documentation such as data flow diagrams, data catalogs, governance artifacts, and runbooks for AI data operations. • Coach customer data engineers and platform teams on building and maintaining AI-ready data pipelines and governance practices.

• Manage a portfolio of regional clients (Northeast, Central‑West, and North regions) • Lead complex quarterly and semi‑annual negotiations to achieve sell‑in targets • Introduce new products in accordance with regional strategic guidelines • Act as the primary point of contact, with a full understanding of the business model • Develop and manage daily relationships with clients' key stakeholders

• Triage issues with direction from Dell support • Execute plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 • Document POA results, logs and service report • Reseating parts, swap or replace parts, upgrading firmware as needed • Sever testing and validation

• Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services • Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

• Lead the development and delivery of presentations up to customer C-level management • Driving advisory and technical workshops • Designing Services Solution scopes • Building out Statements of Work (SOW) • Manage the sales lifecycle from transition of work to the Dell Technologies delivery organization

• Manage and support public end customers within the Defense & Security Space including account planning, sales forecasting, and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams • To meet financial objectives, leverage existing framework contracts to protect, drive and extend existing business • Understand customers’ business and solution requirements to ensure satisfaction with our solutions • Identify business trends and leverage strengths of the sales team to create a differentiated offering while positioning ourselves to capture business • Provide direction, support and coaching to internal teams

• Shape AI engagement plans in key accounts, partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders. • Clarify customer AI goals and challenges and translate them into actionable roadmaps. • Help design or improve AI operating models and governance so proofs of value can become production solutions. • Align stakeholders across business, IT, data, and risk functions around AI priorities and decisions. • Represent Dell’s AI Factory strategy in executive discussions, together with Enterprise Architects and Sales leaders. • Lead or co-lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis with customer teams to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization. • Co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) that support secure, compliant scaling of AI use cases. • Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers, facilitating workshops, and maintaining clear engagement cadences. • Partner with AI Architects and AI Data Specialists to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for AI proofs of value and production rollouts. • Define adoption and enablement approaches (change management, training, AI champions, communities of practice) that build long-term customer capability. • Coordinate FDE Unit engagement rhythms (checkpoints, steering sessions, risk reviews) with customer programs and Dell account leadership. • Provide feedback to Dell AI Factory offers and playbooks based on field experience and common customer patterns. • Mentor less experienced team members on AI governance, organizational change, and engagement best practices.

• Design scalable AI architectures for customer use cases in line with enterprise and security standards • Lead implementation of AI software components such as model serving, orchestration, retrieval, and integrations • Run time-bound proofs of value to demonstrate business outcomes quickly and clearly • Help migrate AI workloads between cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments on Dell infrastructure • Enable customer engineers and platform teams to support and extend solutions after handover • Design, configure, and implement AI solution stacks, including model serving, orchestration, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, and related components • Select practical tools and patterns to avoid tooling sprawl and deliver working prototypes and PoVs tied to clear success measures • Lead PoV sprints (typically a few weeks): refine scope, build and iterate on solutions, and present outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders • Plan and execute cloud-to-on-prem and hybrid migration patterns for AI workloads onto Dell infrastructure, optimizing performance, reliability, and security • Take shared responsibility for production readiness and early production stability, including monitoring, performance optimization, and issue triage • Work closely with AI Data Specialists to define and consume AI-ready data pipelines that support performance and reliability • Collaborate with AI Strategists and Enterprise Architects to align technical scope with business outcomes and target-state architectures • Provide documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to customer teams, and contribute to Dell AI Factory reference architectures and playbooks • Mentor other technical team members on AI architecture patterns, Dell AI infrastructure capabilities, and responsible AI practices
