What We're Looking For: * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, with deep expertise in Data Cloud (vector databases, semantic retrieval, zero-copy federation), Agentforce, and Einstein AI. * 3+ years of production AI/ML experience, including LLM deployments, agent development, advanced prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization at scale. * True builder mindset—you work with code, create reusable assets, and learn by building. Portfolio of technical work required (GitHub, demos, architecture docs). * Applied agentic architecture expertise: single-agent and multi-agent patterns, orchestration, memory management, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and production debugging. * Enterprise strategic planning exposure—you've worked with CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects on multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and understand consumption economics. * Track record of connecting technical work to business outcomes—you understand how architecture quality drives partner win rates, consumption growth, and expansion velocity. * Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2) and enterprise security patterns. * Exceptional communication skills—able to lead architecture conversations at both strategic and deeply technical levels.
