Program Manager – Customer Delivery

DevDocs

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from signed SOW to kickoff, execution, and closeout: project charter, success metrics, milestones, and operating cadence. • Lead customer relationship management day-to-day: stakeholder mapping, executive updates, expectation-setting, escalation management, and maintaining trust through ambiguity or change. • Build and run the project management system: integrated project plan, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), decision log, and change control process. • Manage scope, budget, and delivery performance: forecasting, cost management, burn tracking, change orders, and clear tradeoff decisions. • Run high-quality customer and internal meetings: agendas, facilitation, notes, action items, follow-ups, and ensuring decisions are captured and executed. • Coach and enable the delivery team: clarify roles and responsibilities, remove blockers, improve execution habits, and raise the bar on planning and communication. • Monitor engagement health and delivery quality: track progress, surface early warning signals, and drive corrective actions before timelines or relationships slip.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience delivering multi-workstream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing engagement experience (external stakeholders), including executive communication and expectation management.

  • Excellent written communication skills (clear status updates, meeting notes, action plans, and documentation of decisions/risks).
  • Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools to increase efficiency (e.g., summarization, draft generation, reporting, workflow automation) while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building lightweight but effective processes.
