Requirements - Technical Fluency - Ability to synthesize and explain complex technical products to non-technical audiences. - Comfortable learning about data engineering, ML models, and AI capabilities. - Proficiency with AI-native prospecting and sales engagement tools. - Strong research skills to understand prospect business models and industry dynamics. - Hunter Mentality - Self-directed and motivated by building something from scratch. - Persistent yet thoughtful in outreach strategies. - Creative problem-solver who can open doors in competitive environments. - Metrics-driven with a track record of exceeding activity and pipeline goals. - Communication & Positioning - Exceptional written communication—able to craft compelling, customized emails and LinkedIn messages. - Strong storytelling skills that position prospects as heroes with Cue as their guide. - Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (confidence, clarity, speed). - Active listener who can conduct discovery that uncovers real pain points. Ideal Background - Experience selling data, analytics, AI/ML, or business intelligence solutions. - Familiarity with marketing, sales, or finance operations. - Bonus: background in education, financial services, healthcare, legal, or insurance sectors. Benefits - Competitive salary + generous commission. - Equity packages. - Remote team: work from where you need to. - Flexible paid time off: because you're an adult. - Generous health insurance reimbursement through QSEHRA.
