Job Title: MuleSoft Lead / Integration Architect Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead / Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. This role combines hands-on development, API design, and architectural leadership to deliver scalable and secure integrations across systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end MuleSoft implementations from design to deployment - Design and develop APIs using MuleSoft (RAML/OpenAPI) following API-led connectivity principles - Define and implement System, Process, and Experience APIs - Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performance integration solutions - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs - Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams - Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, standards, and governance - Design integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch, event-driven, messaging) - Ensure security, reliability, and performance of APIs and integrations - Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production support - Work with Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange) - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues - Drive API lifecycle management and governance Required Skills & Qualifications - 12+ years of integration experience with at least 8+ years in MuleSoft - Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Hands-on experience in API design (RAML/OpenAPI) - Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architecture - Experience with DataWeave, Mule flows, connectors, and transformations - Knowledge of integration patterns and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.) - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) - Strong understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, TLS) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience in enterprise integration and large-scale implementations - Knowledge of DevSecOps practices Nice to Have - Experience with Salesforce integrations - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Exposure to API governance frameworks Role Expectation (Blend of Responsibilities) - Designer → Define APIs, contracts, and reusable assets - Architect → Own overall integration strategy and solution design Flexible work from home options available.

As a TBM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing TBM frameworks, Application TCO methodologies, and processes to optimize technology investments, drive financial transparency, and align IT with business goals.
