Job Title: Lead Windchill Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead Windchill Developer / PLM Consultant with strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PLM, and Java. This role requires hands-on technical leadership along with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor development teams in PLM/Windchill implementations - Participate in all project phases: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment - Install and configure PLM applications and supporting tools - Develop and maintain solutions using Java and enterprise APIs - Customize and configure PTC Windchill based on complex business requirements - Work closely with clients across automotive, defense, and manufacturing industries - Ensure best practices, coding standards, and project efficiency - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Document technical designs, processes, and lessons learned Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience working as a Lead Windchill Developer / PLM Consultant - Strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PLM, and Java - Experience in end-to-end software implementation projects - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and API development - Experience with web technologies (JSP, JavaScript, MVC, Spring) - Experience with PLM upgrades (preferred) - Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server) - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Additional Requirements: - Must be eligible to work on US Government contracts - Willingness to travel as needed - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Advanced Engineering Technical Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting with Field Service Engineers across NACO, assisting in resolving complex issues through experience, utilizing available resources, and thinking outside the box. This position reports to the Engineering Technical Support Supervisor and is part of the Engineering Technical Support Organization - Immunoassay and will be fully remote. The schedule for this role is 11:30-20:00 EST Monday - Friday. The selected candidate will possess the following: - Experience mentoring and supporting teammates via phone or WorkLink, eliminating the need for follow-up service calls - Demonstrated ability to provide escalation support to resolve complex repairs; History of using DBS and other available tools to drive change and lead continuous improvement The essential requirements of the job include: - Minimum of 6 years of field experience, demonstrating deep expertise in the Access and DxI product lines and the ability to assess complex, contributing variables to drive accurate root‑cause analysis.
