Qualifications - 7+ years of product or experience design experience. - Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with a strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, whitespace, and grid systems. - Experience designing complex, data-heavy platforms, tools, or systems and simplifying dense technical workflows. - Strong systems thinking and proven ability to navigate ambiguity, absorb complex domain knowledge, and work with a high degree of autonomy. - Experience defining design direction, influencing product strategy, and contributing to scalable product systems across platforms. - Experience with AI prototyping or demonstrated adaptability and curiosity toward AI-powered design workflows. - Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with 0-to-1 or major product redesign experience.
