Client Engagement Partner – Financial Services

AOT Technologies

Do you get energized helping financial institutions modernize legacy systems without disrupting customer trust? Do you thrive when navigating regulatory complexity and translating compliance requirements into scalable technology solutions? Do you enjoy building executive relationships while leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes? AOT Technologies is looking for a Client Engagement Partner to lead and grow our financial services vertical. Join our Consulting Services team and help institutions innovate securely, responsibly, and at scale. About AOT Technologies We're on a mission to help enterprises and governments bring their ideas to life. As a boutique consulting firm, we partner with enterprises, startups, and governments to solve complex, mission-critical challenges. Our expertise spans business process management, automation and AI, cloud, and application development. Our teams are collaborative, our leadership is transparent, and our work is impactful. Alongside our consulting practice, we’re product builders: our flagship platform, formsflow.ai, is a low-code solution that simplifies complex form creation, approvals, and workflow automation, helping organizations move faster without sacrificing quality or compliance. Under the SLED360 umbrella, we deliver products and services tailored to the unique needs of state and local governments and the education sector, from modern case management to digital services. Our product offerings reflect our entrepreneurial spirit and firsthand experience solving real-world problems with scalable, human-centered technology. As we expand into new markets and scale our solutions, there’s never been a better time to join AOT. Role and Responsibilities As Client Engagement Partner, you lead the financial services vertical at AOT. You are accountable for strategic growth, executive relationships, and delivery excellence across banks, credit unions, fintechs, insurance providers, and capital markets organizations in Canada, with U.S. expansion as a strategic advantage. You operate at both strategic and operational levels—owning revenue growth while guiding solution direction and ensuring measurable business impact. You build and lead a functional go-to-market team of financial services-focused solution architects and subject matter experts, aligning consulting capabilities with regulatory and market realities. You will: - Own and expand strategic financial services accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, and compliance. - Develop and execute the financial services vertical growth strategy, including supporting pipeline development, partnerships, and market positioning. - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product, and proposals teams on consultative sales cycles from discovery through proposal, procurement, and contract negotiation. - Guide cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful program execution, margin performance, and long-term client satisfaction. - Translate regulatory and risk requirements (e.g., OSFI guidelines, PIPEDA, PCI-DSS, FINTRAC; familiarity with U.S. frameworks such as SOX, GLBA, and FFIEC is an asset) into practical digital transformation initiatives. Your impact is reflected in revenue growth, account expansion, regulatory-aligned innovation, and the strength of AOT’s financial services practice. Who You Are You are a strategic relationship builder who understands the balance between innovation, risk, and regulatory compliance in financial services. You bring executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to guide organizations through complex modernization initiatives. You bring: - 10–15 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation within financial services. - Demonstrated success managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts within banks, credit unions, insurance providers, fintech organizations, or capital markets firms. - Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory and risk environments (OSFI, PIPEDA, FINTRAC, PCI-DSS) and familiarity with U.S. financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GLBA) as an asset. - Experience leading cross-functional teams including solution architects, cloud engineers, data specialists, and delivery leaders. - The ability to translate risk, compliance, customer experience, and operational requirements into scalable cloud, automation, AI, and application modernization solutions. Experience navigating complex procurement processes and leading a vertical practice or go-to-market function is highly valued. We Offer - $140K – $160K CAD base salary and up to $200K CAD OTE - Remote-first flexibility, with travel support for in-person engagements - Continuous learning and leadership development opportunities - Flexible schedules and generous paid time off - Competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits from Day 1 - Employer-sponsored deferred profit-sharing plan - A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your work matters Apply Now If you are motivated by meaningful impact, complex challenges, and building something that lasts, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today – we’re hiring now and excited to meet you. We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities to apply, even if they don't meet 100% of the listed criteria. We are seeking candidates with diverse career experiences for this position. If you're passionate about impacting the tech industry and eager to contribute your expertise, we invite you to apply!
