Conga CLM Technical Engineer
NTT Global Data Centers
• Serve as the primary technical owner of the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform • Administer and maintain Conga CLM, including user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and licensing • Monitor system health, troubleshoot CLM issues, and manage platform configuration • Maintain and prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders • Coordinate regression testing and deployment validation for releases • Oversee all CLM integrations, maintaining documentation and alignment with internal IT teams • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and support change management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of Conga CLM and Salesforce administration experience
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (security model, custom objects, APIs, workflows)
- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL tools, webhooks)
- Familiarity with Legal operations or contract lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments

About You As a VoIP Engineer you understand how the Telnyx Telephony Engine works as whole, while also being able to identify each underlying service and its purpose.
