Position: Field Technical Engineer CRM - (Cataluña, Baleares y Aragón) PURPOSE OF THE JOB • To provide technical support Customers & Sales Rep relating to CRM - Cardiac Rhythm Management, Abbott Medical products. • To provide assistance with education wet labs for physicians. • To ensure that all EMEAC current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide technical support of equipment and assistance over your territory to physicians. • Support physicians during the enrolment and follow-up phase of clinical studies, and collaborate with the Therapy Marketing Group in those studies. • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. • Perform Product Presentations. • Provide support to Sales Team. • Analyze competitor's devices and maintenance updated marketing database. • Perform training concerning the use of new products. • Ensure all Abbott Medical standing Quality Procedures are followed. • Provide Market information to Sales Department. • Produce Monthly reports on personal activities. • To ensure that all EMEAC current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. • Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity. • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting. • Keep informed his/her immediate manager (business progress, activities) • Assist his/her manager to build the yearly operating plan required. • Give support to other areas if it' s necessary. • This position is in contact with customers.
