We are looking for a strong, proactive analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the development of our products. Responsibilities: • Deep dive into Crypto Enterprise Solutions. Analyse unit economics, sales funnels, and user behaviour to identify growth opportunities. • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture. • Analyse user data, set up dashboards (Mixpanel/Amplitude/Tableau), and integrate AI tools to automate product insights. • Work closely with founders and communicate directly with key enterprise clients. Understand real business pain points and translate them into technical requirements. • Participate in hackathons and industry events to find creative solutions and stay on top of industry trends.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or business analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
- Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries).
- Understanding of the basics of Data Science/AI (ability to assess the applicability of AI for product tasks).
- Experience in funnel construction and cohort analysis.
- Ability to structure large volumes of unstructured information.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Nice to have:
- Startup experience.
- Experience participating in hackathons, having personal pet projects, or experience taking a product from 0-to-1.
