Role Description The IT ERP Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of the organization’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This entry-level role involves: - Assessing functional requirements - Assisting in the installation of ERP technologies - Providing support to ensure cross-functional access to ERP systems The Analyst will work closely with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to align business processes with ERP modules and deliver essential training to end users. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's - Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in ERP systems, business analysis, or a related area, demonstrating an understanding of ERP implementation and support - Travel: Up to 75% and ideal candidate will live near a major Midwest airport - Remote role Requirements - Assess and document functional requirements, collaborating with departments to ensure that ERP technology meets business needs - Initiate and assist in ERP technology installations, supporting integration to align interdepartmental processes with ERP modules - Work closely with consultants, vendors, and IT specialists to facilitate ERP system configuration, testing, and installation - Ensure cross-functional access to ERP systems by mapping business processes to ERP modules - Administer user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify system functionality and data accuracy, providing feedback for adjustments as needed - Possess foundational knowledge of ERP languages and coordinate with programmers and other specialists on file design, testing, debugging, storage, and access - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication to address ERP system-related inquiries - Develop, document, and deliver training materials to end users, ensuring they are well-equipped to use ERP systems effectively - Provide initial system support following implementation, addressing basic issues and escalating more complex ones to senior staff - Complete all required documentation accurately and thoroughly, maintaining clear records of installations, configurations, and training - Adhere to 5S standards to maintain an organized workspace, supporting a productive and efficient work environment - Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards - Perform other duties as assigned to support ERP system functionality and continuous improvement Company Description

Supporting pricing strategies and margin optimizations. Collaborating with manufacturing and engineering on new designs and testing. Location: Remote, available to travel 50% Pay: Starting base $60K + Commission Key Responsibilities - Lead the application engineering team in providing tailored technical solutions to meet client and customer needs, ensuring all product features are aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to determine technical and purchasing requirements, ensuring that solutions are feasible and effective. - Review and recommend product design modifications, ensuring that changes align with the organization’s long-term strategic goals and customer expectations. - Oversee the deployment and utilization of necessary technologies, ensuring that both internal teams and clients have the right tools to meet business and operational needs. - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all product-related issues, maintaining high standards for quality and organizational guidelines. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and their applications and ensure that adaptations to products meet the evolving needs of end-users. - Develop and implement policies or procedures for providing technical training to clients or internal teams, ensuring they are proficient in product use and features. - Complete all necessary documentation and reports with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring they meet internal standards and external requirements. - Adhere to 5S principles (e.g., organization, cleanliness, and workplace efficiency) to maintain a productive work environment. - Ensure compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures, working to minimize risks and ensure safety at all stages of product development and deployment. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
