Leading a focused team of three, you’ll become the technical and commercial go-to for cold outreach in the Spanish market. You’ll be excited by the prospect of designing high-impact prospecting strategies across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone, while implementing cutting-edge Clay workflows for personalized outreach at scale. As a "player-coach," you’ll lead by example, testing new sequences and managing your own book of target accounts before rolling successful tactics out to your team. Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll drive a high-performance culture. Your natural tendency to help others succeed will see you shadowing reps, identifying skill gaps, and providing the continuous feedback necessary to turn talented individuals into elite sales professionals.
Job Requirements
- Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
- Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in B2B outbound sales and team leadership, ideally within a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment.
- Practical expertise using Salesforce to maintain CRM hygiene and drive data-driven improvements.
- A data-driven mindset, the ability to analyze performance metrics (MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline coverage) to optimize team results.
- A strong command of modern sales tech stacks, including tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and automated cadences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to inspire your team and articulate product value to business owners.
- Fluency in English to work closely with global and cross-functional teams, combined with a high level of Spanish.
Benefits

- Flexible remuneration: Personal income tax savings to use on restaurant card, transport, medical insurance, childcare, training and discounts on other services.
- We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first. Depending on which market you're joining, you might have office access or be fully remote - either works. All we ask is that you're based in the country/region this role is advertised in.

However, if you enjoy inventively solving problems with others, helping create clarity when things get confusing, and prioritising your own path within ambiguity, then the chances are that you'll love the opportunities available to grow your career at Booksy.
