Job Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License in the residing state.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or Medicare industry experience.
- At least 2 years of call center experience.
- 2 years of informal leadership experience (e.g., Peer Mentor, Team Lead, Trainer).
- Prior experience coordinating sales operations activities with partners/vendors, including systems migrations
- Work any shift on any day during our operation hours, including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on our needs.
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually for leadership and business meetings.
