Hand Talk

• Map company areas and pain points within Hand Talk's ICP. • Active prospecting (Outbound): creating lists and executing multichannel outreach (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Social Selling) to generate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations. • Ability to negotiate commercial and contractual terms and conditions to close mutually beneficial agreements. • End-to-end management of complex sales, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and handle objections. • CRM: rigorous maintenance of records and data in the system, ensuring predictability (forecasting) and transparency in interactions. • Participate in training to continually improve skills.

Job Requirements

  • Availability to work in São Paulo, SP (must reside in the city or metropolitan area).
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in consultative B2B sales (preferably SaaS).
  • Proven track record in sales and pre-sales.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales and pre-sales targets.
  • Interest in and familiarity with technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software — emphasis on Pipedrive.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Skills in creating presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Degree in a related field.
