Role Description We’re seeking a field-based sales leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth within a commercial distribution channel. The position oversees a field sales team, manages strategic customer relationships, and supports business development initiatives to expand market presence and product adoption. - Lead regional sales performance to achieve revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and strategic accounts. - Develop and execute regional growth plans while identifying new business opportunities. - Manage key accounts and support product expansion within existing customer portfolios. - Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools. - Drive business development through new accounts, product introductions, and channel engagement. - Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for a field sales team. - Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal teams. Regional Sales Manager – Architectural & LED Lighting (Metro New York) We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a respected manufacturer of architectural and LED lighting systems known for design-driven solutions including track, accent, and display lighting used in commercial, retail, and hospitality environments. Position Overview This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the Metro New York market by building strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, specifiers, distributors, and contractors. The Regional Sales Manager will develop new project opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market presence. This is a remote role with regular travel within the territory.
