Who We're Looking For The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist executes and optimizes paid search campaigns to drive demand, leads, and revenue. This role focuses on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Key Responsibilities - Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis - Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates - Manage bids, budgets, and pacing to hit performance targets - Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution - Execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies - Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting - Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to improve performance - Ensure proper tracking and tagging using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager Qualifications - 2+ years of paid search / SEM experience - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms - Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution basics - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Experience in a B2B or agency environment - Google Ads certification - Exposure to landing page optimization and CRO principles Our Culture & Our Core Values Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.
