Testing & Automation - Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for validating data pipelines and transformations. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for ingestion, transformation, and output validation to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Support development teams in adopting shift-left testing practices to improve quality early in the lifecycle. - Drive quality innovation through new technologies, testing tools, and automation solutions. Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to data quality dimensions, industry best practices, SOX compliance, and security policies to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. - Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation to support internal and external reviews. - Drive process compliance and governance through accurate reporting and documentation. Reporting & Communication - Deliver clear, actionable reporting on test execution, coverage, and defect trends to inform leadership decisions. - Provide go/no-go recommendations based on test results and risk assessments. - Promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing across teams. - Collaborate in daily stand-up meetings.
