Talent Acquisition Manager

AdaptHealth

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters. • Oversee daily recruitment operations including requisition intake, assignment distribution. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external talent pipeline sources. • Conduct structured intake and kick-off calls with hiring managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 3 years in recruitment operations, process management, or team leadership
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of direct people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, process design, and workflow management
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including system administration and reporting
