• Partner with the internal HR team and other stakeholders as they grow • Full-cycle recruiting with a focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, managing candidates through the recruitment process, and liaising with hiring managers/teams • Recruit for licensed/associate clinicians, direct support staff, operations, field-based case managers

- Experience recruiting for licensed clinicians or therapists, social services, non-profit roles
- Must be able to support the client's PST working hours
