Part-Time Quality Assurance Coordinator

• General proofing of copy and art, which includes but is not limited to: Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar, Client and brand standards, Fact-checking, Print specifications. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and leadership to meet schedule commitments. • Match printed layouts and mockups to ensure mail kits and versioning match strategy and reflect client expectations and approved templates. • Ensure that all necessary data fields are produced accurately and match internal database information. • Review personalization proofs against client-approved art and production data files to ensure accurate output. • Compare insertion samples to client-approved mockup and internal data system to ensure correct components are inserted and the correct postage has been used.

Job Requirements

  • An associate degree or related experience working in editing/proofreading, direct mail, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with non-profit organizations and/or direct response marketing agencies is preferred, but training is provided as needed.
  • Proficient in Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Position Overview The Salesforce QA will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce environments, with 6+ years of of experience, testing methodologies, and SDLC processes, with the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team setting in both Agile and Waterfall models. Key Responsibilities - Conduct medium complex technical QA activities related to the Application Under Test (AUT). - Understand the existing process, analyze users' requirements, and document requirements. - Prepare testing and reporting documentation such as Test Plans, Test Strategy, and Test Exit Reports throughout the software development lifecycle. - Develop test scenarios and write detailed test cases. - Create and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). - Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository. - Work independently on assigned tasks and complete deliverables within timelines. - Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. - Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects. - Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to facilitate informed decisions on progress. - Adapt to new technologies and project requirements as needed. - Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Technical and Soft Skills Requirements: - Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce - Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or grant management/grant-making platforms is highly desirable. - Experience or knowledge of OmniScripts is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of the QA lifecycle including test planning, test strategy, test case design, and execution. - Experience with manual and functional testing including data preparation, execution of test cases, and validation of results. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile or Waterfall environments. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex business and system requirements. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
