• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of mentorship, clarity, and ownership. • Architect and evolve the infrastructure, systems and codebase that powers Wolf’s live, episodic games. • Define and implement best practices for web-based game architecture, build pipelines, and deployment standards. • Drive the development of internal automation tools and systems that accelerate content creation and game delivery. • Oversee hybrid cloud operations (Google Cloud + AWS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. • Champion observability, automated testing, and CI/CD systems to support daily content delivery. • Partner with AI and content systems teams to connect creative workflows with automation pipelines.
• Test and validate HTML5 playable ads across major ad networks (e.g. Meta, Google, Unity, TikTok). • Ensure builds meet strict ad platform requirements (file size limits, load time, clickthrough behavior, sandbox constraints). • Identify and document issues related to: Touch interactions and responsiveness; UI scaling and layout across devices; Performance (FPS drops, memory usage, load times); Rendering bugs in Canvas/WebGL environments. • Run cross-device and cross-browser testing (iOS Safari, Android Chrome, etc.). • Validate gameplay loops within short-session, high-conversion environments. • Collaborate with developers using Pixi.js, Phaser, Three.js, or custom WebGL frameworks. • Write clear, actionable bug reports and help prioritize issues based on player impact. • Support rapid iteration cycles — testing frequent builds and quick turnarounds. • Contribute to lightweight automation where helpful, but primarily focused on high-quality manual QA for interactive experiences.
• Build and ship HTML5 playable ads using frameworks like Pixi.js, Phaser, Three.js, or custom WebGL solutions. • Optimize games for strict ad platform constraints, including file size limits, load time requirements, sandbox restrictions, and clickthrough behavior. • Ensure high performance across mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome). • Architect reusable patterns and lightweight systems for rapid playable ad iteration. • Collaborate with design and product teams to translate concepts into high-converting interactive experiences. • Implement analytics and event tracking to measure engagement and conversion performance. • Debug and resolve issues related to rendering (Canvas/WebGL), input/touch handling, device compatibility, and performance bottlenecks. • Iterate quickly on builds based on performance data and creative feedback. • Integrate playable ads with ad network SDKs and platform requirements (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.). • Maintain a high bar for polish, responsiveness, and user experience in short-session gameplay.
• Design and deploy AI agents capable of autonomously playing through our HTML5 games to validate core loops, progression logic, and edge cases. • Build an automated "AI Bug Hunt" system that continuously explores daily builds to identify physics glitches, UI overlaps, and rendering anomalies across mobile browser environments. • Integrate QA deeply into Wolf's AI-driven development process, writing the test parameters, prompts, and acceptance criteria that our AI coding tools use to generate game features. • Implement automated AI code reviews that scan incoming pull requests for performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and mobile web anti-patterns before human review. • Develop automated systems to simulate and test device fragmentation — iOS Safari memory limits, Android Chrome touch latency, variable network speeds. • Embed AI QA gates directly into the CI/CD pipeline, halting builds that fail automated visual or state-based checks. • Run structured internal play-test sessions for rapid prototypes, translating subjective design feedback into objective, testable parameters. • Reduce manual regression testing by 90% through AI-augmented end-to-end testing.

• Own, define, and guide the implementation of our data collection strategy and governance across all titles and platforms. • Design and specify a scalable, real-time pipeline for ingesting, processing, and analyzing gameplay and engagement events which will be built by the engineering team. • Build the models and specify the data platforms that translate raw player data into actionable insights for both humans (designers, producers) and machines (AI training and evaluation). • Design and own the company-wide experimentation frameworks that help us measure fun, engagement, and narrative effectiveness. • Partner with executive and creative leadership to identify trends in player behavior across distribution channels and surface strategic, high-level learnings that guide where and how we launch. • Shape how Wolf Games measures success — help us understand and act on the signals that capture what keeps players coming back. • Act as the strategic authority for all data systems, setting standards for code, tools, and infrastructure, and mentoring future team members as the team grows.
• Own end-to-end production across all Wolf Games titles, from early ideation through prototype, launch, and live operations • Build and maintain roadmaps, milestone plans, and sprint cadences that make priorities, ownership, and tradeoffs clear • Run cross-functional production rituals including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Ensure alignment between Creative Direction, Game Design, Engineering, and Product so game vision and mechanics remain integrated • Identify risks, dependencies, and scope creep early and drive clear mitigation strategies • Own game release readiness processes including QA coordination, build validation, rollout planning, and postmortems • Support live service operations by coordinating content drops, feature releases, bug fix windows, and iteration cycles informed by player data • Oversee external partners and outsourcing teams to ensure quality, timelines, and integration with internal workflows
