• Own and execute RKD's full events calendar, spanning RKD-led events, industry conference presence, client activations, and targeted experiential moments • Design each event and activation with a clear lead generation and pipeline conversion objective, ensuring every investment of time and budget has a measurable commercial purpose • Operate effectively as a team of one, managing the full lifecycle of events independently while leveraging third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to execute with quality and scale • Develop RKD's strategy for industry event participation, determining where we show up, how we show up, and what success looks like at each event • Build pre-event, at-event, and post-event workflows in close partnership with Demand Generation and Sales, ensuring leads are captured, followed up, and tracked through the pipeline • Track, report, and optimize event performance against pipeline and revenue metrics — continuously improving ROI across the portfolio
• Lead end-to-end narrative development for RFIs, RFPs, and oral presentations • Translate complex client challenges, RKD capabilities, and vertical expertise into clear, compelling stories • Structure proposals and presentations to guide evaluators intuitively from problem to solution • Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, Sales, Vertical & Solution leads to build strategic submissions • Manage and mentor a Copywriter • Develop and maintain a library of core narratives, proof points, case studies
• Secure and manage RKD's Microsoft 365 environments • Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement security policies • Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats • Document security configurations and procedures • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Microsoft Defender and Intune
• Maintain visibility into current and future workforce capacity across offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams • Track open roles, active hiring pipelines, projected capacity gaps, and resource availability • Complete initial resume screening and track recruitment activities and progress toward hiring • Develop staffing and hiring plans in collaboration with stakeholders in operations, sales, and delivery, assessing options for domestic, nearshore, or offshore staffing approaches • Surface risks and mitigations to address understaffing, overcapacity, skill gaps, or delayed hiring • Maintain, improve, and automate capacity tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reports) for clarity and usability • Provide workforce and hiring data to leadership, outlining risks and opportunities that support end-to-end talent lifecycle decisions • Understand the skills, experiences, and growth opportunities of the entire resource workforce through regular touchpoints with employees • Maintain familiarity with Sales proposals and the Opportunity pipeline • Assign the appropriate team to pipeline opportunities or signed engagements in collaboration with VPPC, Sales, and other business leaders at Heller • Provide recommendations and develop business case for hiring approach, timelines, resource allocation, and vendor utilization • Execute against approved workforce plans, hiring plans, resourcing decisions, and targets • Maintain objectivity in all vendor-related decisions, acting in Heller's best interest • Escalate decisions for vendor selection, pricing decisions, or long-term sourcing strategy to VPPC and/or SVP Ops • Identify and address inefficiencies across hiring, onboarding, and staffing workflows • Standardize, improve consistency, and reduce risk across all talent management processes • Document and maintain repeatable workflows related to workforce planning, recruiting, resourcing, vendor operations, and offshore onboarding execution • Improve coordination across People, Delivery, Sales, Operations, and external partners
• Ensure the successful execution of the assigned client’s omnichannel marketing plan • Provide support to Directors and Account Managers • Work with all internal company departments including production, sales, graphic design, data processing, digital, media, and accounting • Ensure all aspects of the projects conform to client specifications and are delivered on time and with quality • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing top client service • Implement, schedule, and monitor campaigns • Coordinate the creation of omnichannel direct marketing plans • Track completion of project milestones and deliverables • Review and approve mockups • Communicate updates/changes in client specifications • Prepare and participate in client meetings • Perform quality control on all aspects of each project • Work with all internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist with monthly close activities and preparation of journal entries related to fixed assets, inventory, expense accruals and deferrals, and rent and lease accounting • Prepare and reconcile assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts • Assist with expense allocations and departmental coding • Provide support for variance analysis and internal financial reporting • Participate in the transition of additional accounting responsibilities over time • Assist with sales and use tax filings and related supporting schedules • Maintain organized tax records and supporting documentation • Support the preparation of 1099 filings and year-end reporting requirements • Research and help resolve tax-related issues in coordination with external accounting advisors • Ensure compliance with filing deadlines, audit requests, and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies • Demonstrate a willingness to explore and adopt AI and technology solutions related to accounting and finance operations
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client and partner relationships • Meet annual sales revenue target by building and maintaining a robust pipeline • Conduct prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities • Advise prospects on Salesforce capabilities and offerings • Develop and maintain strategic vendor and account executive relationships • Contribute to content creation and execute various campaigns • Enter all conversations and notes into CRM and keep pipeline updated • Develop collaborative relationships for producing proposals and closing loops in account development
• Oversee a portfolio of nonprofit client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of digital, and paid media campaigns. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and acting as a strategic partner. • Analyze client challenges and provide proactive, effective solutions. • Coordinate campaign implementation, scheduling, and monitoring across multiple channels (digital expertise preferred).
• Meeting regularly with customers to understand their service needs, the requirements for their campaigns, reports, and other digital and technology artifacts. • Developing resilient relationships with customers that create trust, openness, and partnership between our firm and their organizations. • Cross-selling and up-selling new services and solutions to customers when additional needs exist. • Interpreting and clarifying customer requirements, which may be incomplete, translating those instructions into technical details and input required to deliver complex services. • Supervising, shepherding, and driving communication for all deliverables to customers from across all departments. • Continuously learning new tools, techniques, and solutions that drive data and technology transformation in our industry and for our clients.
• Analyzing and transforming a variety of data sets in a variety of formats, including data in databases, flat file data (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.), ensuring data is ready for operational use. • Executing workflows in various commercial data workflow systems, including Knime, Alteryx, Airflow, and various proprietary workflow systems. • Interpreting and clarifying customer instructions, which may be incomplete, translating those instructions into technical details and input required to deliver complex services. • Working closely with other Analysts to deliver work collaboratively, creating concurrent data processing capability for larger projects and deliverables. • Continuously learning new tools, techniques, and technologies to support diversification and growth in our service offerings.
