Intro Voor ons team Pensioen & Vermogen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Software Tester die kan bijdragen aan het waarborgen en verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van onze softwareoplossingen. In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de kwaliteit van ons pensioen softwareproduct binnen een Agile omgeving. Jouw nieuw baan Als tester ben je onderdeel van een professioneel multidisciplinair team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van testcases, overdragen naar de test automatisering en het rapporteren van de voortgang van de testen. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij het beheren van bugs en het doorvoeren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen binnen het ontwikkelproces. Dit ben jij Je hebt ruime ervaring in het testen van softwareapplicaties en weet efficiënt AI voor testen in te zetten. Het rapporteren over testresultaten en het beheren van bevindingen is voor jou bekend terrein en met jouw affiniteit voor testautomatisering en kennis van testspecificatietechnieken ben je in staat om deze kennis in verschillende contexten toe te passen. Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan de verbetering van testprocessen en kwaliteitsbewaking (QA) binnen de organisatie. Job Description The Position: External Quality Assurance is set up to have quality oversight responsibility on external partners that manufacture and supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Formulated Drug Products to Organon. Position Overview The Salesforce QA will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce-based applications. This role involves designing and executing detailed test cases, validating business requirements, and supporting all phases of the Quality Assurance (QA) lifecycle. The tester will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and client teams to identify defects, ensure adherence to quality standards, and deliver high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce environments, with 6+ years of of experience, testing methodologies, and SDLC processes, with the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team setting in both Agile and Waterfall models. Key Responsibilities - Conduct medium complex technical QA activities related to the Application Under Test (AUT). - Understand the existing process, analyze users' requirements, and document requirements. - Prepare testing and reporting documentation such as Test Plans, Test Strategy, and Test Exit Reports throughout the software development lifecycle. - Develop test scenarios and write detailed test cases. - Create and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). - Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository. - Work independently on assigned tasks and complete deliverables within timelines. - Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. - Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects. - Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to facilitate informed decisions on progress. - Adapt to new technologies and project requirements as needed. - Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Technical and Soft Skills Requirements: - Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce - Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or grant management/grant-making platforms is highly desirable. - Experience or knowledge of OmniScripts is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of the QA lifecycle including test planning, test strategy, test case design, and execution. - Experience with manual and functional testing including data preparation, execution of test cases, and validation of results. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile or Waterfall environments. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex business and system requirements. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
