• Manejo de territorio de ventas Departamento del Meta - Casanare y Guaviare. • Manejo de presupuestos, indicadores de gestión como Sell In, Sell Out, Inventarios, Cartera y actividades comerciales • Garantizar la ejecución impecable de los lineamientos, objetivos y estrategias comerciales en los canales asignados, asegurando el crecimiento de Sell In y Sell Out. • Velar por el cumplimiento de inventarios adecuados de los productos clave, garantizando el abastecimiento necesario para cada canal. • Realizar seguimiento al Sell In y Sell Out, generando planes de acción que impulsen la rotación y eviten agotados. • Coordinar y supervisar actividades de lanzamiento, asegurando la correcta implementación de marcas foco y ciclos cortos. • Verificar precios de salida y garantizar la estrategia comercial definida para cada canal. • Gestionar cartera, asegurando cero vencimientos y cobranzas efectivas. • Coordinar entregas y recepción de mercancía, garantizando la correcta implementación de procesos. • Acompañar y retroalimentar al equipo de Distribuidores asegurando la motivación y alineación con los objetivos.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en ventas o roles comerciales
- Formación universitaria en carreras Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas o áreas afines.
- Manejo de Distribuidores Controlados, generación de estrategias para aumentar cobertura/distribución numérica en tiendas.
- Disponibilidad de traslado y/o viaje.
- Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio.
- Conocimientos comerciales y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones con los clientes.
