• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract qualified behavioral health professionals for open roles. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building. • Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles. • Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs. • Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles. • Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.

• Develop and refine a process to identify prospective school partners • Own and execute the email marketing strategy • Write and optimize email content • Track and report on key campaign metrics • Run targeted ad campaigns • Support employer branding efforts • Manage the B2C marketing budget • Report on B2C campaign performance • Collaborate with the Education team

• Own the overall performance of the Engineering Staffing practice, including revenue, delivery, and team effectiveness • Drive growth through close partnership with business development and sales leadership on key accounts and opportunities • Support client-facing strategy by participating in discovery, solution design, pricing, and staffing recommendations • Lead and mentor recruiting and account teams to ensure consistent delivery quality and candidate control • Establish and monitor KPIs related to pipeline health, fill ratios, client satisfaction, and recruiter productivity • Oversee client relationships as an escalation point and ensure successful execution across engagements • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through multi-role, multi-team, or long-term staffing solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and HR to support operational efficiency and scale • Stay current on engineering hiring trends, talent availability, and client demand to guide staffing strategy
