• As a Strategic Account Manager at Magic, you will own a portfolio of 10–15 VIP US accounts • Your mandate is not account maintenance but account growth • Build the kind of trust that turns a single contract into a long-term partnership • Maintain a minimum 99% logo retention and 102%+ NRR through proactive identification and closure of expansion opportunities • Monitor leading indicators of account health • Navigate renewals 60–90 days before expiration • Facilitate QBRs for growth and enterprise accounts with data-driven presentations showing value

• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, segmented by size, growth potential, and health status • Maintain a minimum 99% logo retention and 102%+ NRR through proactive identification and closure of expansion opportunities • Track MRR retention and MRR growth across your book — you understand and can speak to the dollar value of every account • Monitor leading indicators of account health: login frequency, task assignment rates, communication patterns, VA utilization, and email engagement signals • Navigate renewals 60–90 days before expiration, addressing concerns and negotiating terms proactively • Identify clients with additional hiring needs, build data-driven ROI cases for expansion, and guide clients toward solutions they haven’t yet articulated • Facilitate QBRs for growth and enterprise accounts with data-driven presentations showing value delivered: time saved, cost efficiencies, productivity gains • Build and maintain your own account health trackers and dashboards — do not rely solely on what the company provides • Analyze customer usage data, engagement metrics, and behavioral patterns to predict churn risk and expansion potential • Prepare monthly reports on portfolio health, retention metrics, expansion pipeline, and churn analysis

• Create social graphics, banners, email visuals, ad creatives, and campaign elements in Figma • Adapt and resize assets for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency • Prepare export-ready files and organize assets for easy team access • Produce post graphics, captions, and short-form copy aligned with campaign goals • Build and format email assets (graphics, promotional content, basic layout support) • Schedule or hand off assets with clear specs for publishing • Design basic static and simple animated ad creatives for promotions, launches, and awareness campaigns • Iterate concepts based on performance data and feedback • Ensure assets meet platform requirements and are optimized for engagement and CTR • Draft, edit, or refine copy for ads, social posts, emails, landing pages, and short articles/blogs • Repurpose existing product content into digestible social posts and campaign materials • Proof for spelling, grammar, and formatting to uphold quality standards • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate briefs into final deliverables • Maintain strict brand consistency across visuals and messaging • Manage multiple requests, track deadlines, and communicate status proactively

• Prepare and send accurate invoices and monthly billing statements. • Post cash receipts, record customer payments in Sage 100, and code credit card statements when needed. • Maintain aging schedules, reconcile revenue and customer accounts, and keep AR records up to date. • Monitor overdue balances and execute professional, timely follow-ups via email and phone. • Research and resolve disputes, short-pays, and invoice discrepancies with support from the Collections Manager and internal teams. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding balances, payments, and billing questions. • Produce AR and customer account reports, including aging, unapplied cash, and reconciliation summaries. • Maintain accurate customer master data (names, addresses, mergers, mailing attention changes). • Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready and aligned with internal controls. • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize inboxes. • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. • Handle sensitive financial and executive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Partner with internal teams and the Collections Manager to streamline AR workflows in Sage 100. • Identify gaps in billing, payment posting, and collections processes and propose improvements. • Contribute to SOP updates and help maintain consistent service levels.

• Diagnose and correct historical journal entries from 2021 to present • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and supporting subledgers • Perform and document bank reconciliations across entities • Prepare accurate, supportable financials for U.S. tax filings • Validate revenue recognition flows and correct mapping as needed • Ensure proper classification for inventory movement and impairment • Maintain chart of accounts hygiene and transaction mapping • Enter, adjust, and reclass transactions to align with GAAP • Standardize workflows and documentation for a multi-entity environment • Conduct historical entry reviews and variance analysis • Create clear audit trails, schedules, and reconciliations • Flag risks, data gaps, and propose remediation steps • Work closely with the client’s finance lead for priorities and reviews • Communicate findings, decisions, and changes with concise documentation
