Department OverviewNPI (New Product Introduction) department is responsible in concurrent engineering and progam management with the objectives to ensure seamless new product launch that meet the cost, schedule and quality goals. Job Description - Perform DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis for new product mechanical assembly, and drive for non-compliance closure. - Working with DE (Design Engineering) and suppliers to drive closure of mechanical assembly or process related issues. - Working with DE (Design Engineering) and suppliers to develop new BE (Backend) processes / technology. - Develop suppliers to provide best in class manufacturing processes to support new product manufacturing requirements. - Hands-on experience in product mechanical failures troubleshooting and optimization of new product manufacturing processes. - Continuously develop and seek new processes breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity and cost.
