Role Description We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across a global organization. This is a hands-on delivery role at its core, with responsibilities for team leadership and support. This person sits at the intersection of technology and delivery, someone with genuine technical depth and the program management discipline to drive large, multi-workstream initiatives to completion. You do not need to be a developer, but you must be technically credible. You should be able to engage confidently with engineering and technology teams, understand platform and systems decisions, and translate complexity into clear plans, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
