• Own Client & Carrier Onboarding • Lead the full Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches. • Translate sales, client, and ops requirements into clean, accurate system setups. • Partner with GTM, Engineering, Implementations teams to ensure smooth go-lives. • Configure and maintain carrier contracts, custom billing setups, and rate logic across Stord’s parcel systems. • Own accuracy for 300+ customer and carrier configurations and 130+ billing configurations, with audit support from the Parcel Systems Program Manager. • Ensure all rate changes, migrations, and go-lives follow controlled, documented processes. • Build and maintain scalable SOPs for configuration workflows, migrations, and rate updates. • Identify failure points, close documentation gaps, and drive process standardization across the program. • Manage multi-phase configuration projects (including M&A migrations) end-to-end. • Build project plans independently and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned. • Ensure tasks stay on scope, on timeline, and fully documented.
