Quality Solutions Consultant

• Act as a Quality Management subject matter expert, supporting customers, prospects, and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success. • Partner with customers to understand their Quality challenges and goals, providing practical recommendations to improve processes, compliance, and outcomes using Intelex software. • Analyze customer processes, systems, and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. • Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to support pipeline growth and deal execution. • Lead or support discovery sessions, needs assessments, and solution positioning aligned to customer Quality objectives. • Deliver software demonstrations and solution walkthroughs that clearly articulate business value. • Contribute to sales enablement materials, including industry use cases, personas, playbooks, and training. • Support the development of ROI models and business cases for Intelex solutions. • Partner with Marketing on campaigns that position Intelex as a leader in Quality Management. • Create and deliver thought leadership content such as webinars, presentations, articles, and customer stories. • Participate in customer councils, roadshows, and roundtable discussions. • Serve as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Product teams by capturing feedback and translating it into actionable insights. • Stay current on Quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) and emerging industry trends. • Support proof‑of‑concept initiatives and innovative solutions that differentiate Intelex in the market. • Identify ecosystem partners that enhance customer value and strengthen Intelex’s market position. • Design and deliver internal and external training on Quality best practices and effective use of Intelex solutions. • Share success stories, lessons learned, and innovative approaches across teams. • Represent Intelex at industry conferences, trade shows, and events. • Contribute to strategic planning by bringing forward customer insights, market trends, and industry feedback.
Job Requirements
- Hands‑on experience as a Quality practitioner within relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management concepts and processes (e.g., ISO 9001, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, document control).
- Proven ability to engage clients in a consultative, trusted‑advisor capacity.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, or customer‑facing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator & Solutions Architect to lead our enterprise transition from Salesforce + Certinia PSA to a fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite. This highly technical, hands-on role will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of D365 modules spanning Sales (CRM), Project Operations (PSA), Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and supporting systems to enable a robust Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. As a growing professional services organization, we need an architect who can blend strategic system design with hands-on administration — ensuring the Dynamics 365 platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs across departments. This is a high-impact position working directly with the CTO, stakeholders, and implementation partners to design the future of our operational platform. Key Responsibilities: System Architecture & Solution Design - Own the overall architecture and roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with business goals across departments (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Support). - Design and document end-to-end solutions for the Quote-to-Cash process, including CRM (lead/opportunity mgmt), Project Operations (project delivery, time & expense), Finance (invoicing, GL, AR), and SCM (if applicable). - Translate functional and strategic requirements into technical architecture, configuration blueprints, and scalable workflows. - Establish integration patterns between D365 and other platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Power BI, and legacy systems). Implementation Leadership - Act as technical lead for the migration from Salesforce/Certinia to D365, coordinating with external consultants, vendors, and internal teams. - Drive data migration strategy, system cutover planning, and phased rollouts. - Build and enforce a security model that supports compliance, role-based access, and scalable governance. Administration & Configuration - Administer Dynamics 365 environments including security roles, permission sets, environments, workflows, business rules, and system updates. - Support configuration of apps across the D365 stack, including Sales, Customer Service, Project Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain. - Maintain and optimize system performance, integrations, and automations. - Oversee release management and regression testing in collaboration with IT. • Engage early in partner implementations: not as a permanent participant, but to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be established • Design and own our partner-technical framework: reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists that partners can apply independently • Advise the enablement team and lead a technical certification path that develops partner SAs from onboarded to self-sufficient — with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality assessments during the build phase, with the explicit aim of making implementations partner-owned over time • Create workshops and best-practice documentation that form the foundation for how we scale delivery quality across the network • Provide field feedback to product and professional services teams to continuously sharpen our standards and close systemic gaps
