Job Requirements
- Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience successfully hiring quota-carrying sales professionals and understanding the nuances of sales compensation structures
- Expert-level proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social engineering) and a hunter mindset for finding passive talent
- Demonstrated ability to manage up, challenge hiring managers when necessary, and guide interview teams toward objective, competency-based hiring decisions
- Natural penchant for data and ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable stories for executive leadership
- High proficiency with the modern recruiter stack, including iCIMS (or similar enterprise ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem/TopFunnel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to pivot quickly in a volatile market while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail and a bias for action
- SaaS or high-growth tech industry experience
